Go Meat-Free for Veganuary!

Join Veganuary and go meat-free for a month, for a resolution that’s kind to animals, the planet and good for your health.

"If you look at the climate crisis and the violence of our food system and feel helpless, thinking 'I wish there was something I can do'- you can. Right now. Sign up to try vegan this January." — Joaquin Phoenix

New year, new resolutions!

Here's a resolution that’s kind to animals, the planet and good for your health: go meat free! Start the year by signing up to Veganuary.

Founded in 2014, UK-based nonprofit Veganuary encourages people all over the world to adopt veganism for January—and throughout the year—as a way of protecting the environment, preventing animal suffering and improving the health of millions of people.

Their campaign is a 31-day pledge, which participants sign online, to try a meat and dairy free diet for the first month of the year. Since its launch seven years ago over 1 million people in 192 countries have participated in the movement.

Last year, over 400,000 people took part in Veganuary and so far more than 440,000 have already signed up for this year's iteration, joining Veganuary ambassadors Joaquin Phoenix, Paul McCartney, Alicia Silverstone and many more.

All pledge participants get a free e-cookbook (with recipes created or inspired by the likes of Beyoncé, Joaquin Phoenix, and Madonna) and a Veganuary starter kit, as well as daily recipes, nutrition, meal plans, tips on eating out and ongoing support.

And of course we'll have some more delicious plant based Plant Terra recipes here.

Change starts on your plate. Sign up here and join the New Year’s revolution!
